Vintage Overview – A Season of Balance
The 2022 vintage began with a cool, dry autumn and abundant winter rainfall. Spring brought higher-than-average rains, improving soil moisture and supporting healthy vine growth. A cool summer led to a delayed but optimal harvest. These conditions preserved the natural acidity and varietal intensity, resulting in one of the standout Clare Valley Rieslings of the decade.
Handcrafted with Care
This organic Riesling was hand-harvested and gently pressed in small batches. Fermented using neutral yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, the wine expresses the pure character of the Springvale vineyard. Each clone and vine age were vinified separately to enhance depth before final blending.
