Harvested by hand between September 1st and 24th, 2021, this bold red wine was produced from seven of the estate’s finest Petite Sirah parcels, selected for their deep colour and rich mouthfeel. Fermented with native yeasts using whole berries and aged for 16 months in air-dried American oak barrels, this wine offers exceptional complexity and structure.
On the nose, expect intense aromas of cracked black pepper, ripe blackberry, violets, cocoa, and subtle mineral notes. The palate reveals layers of juicy blue and black fruits, firm yet polished tannins, and a long, satisfying finish.
