Handcrafted using traditional, natural winemaking techniques, this small-batch wine showcases vibrant freshness, refined texture, and exceptional purity. Its meticulous vinification, featuring whole-cluster pressing, natural fermentation, and a unique blend of oak, amphora, and stainless-steel ageing, creates a beautifully layered and expressive profile.

• 100% whole-cluster, direct-to-press for crisp, clean flavours, and pristine aromatics.
• Natural primary and malolactic fermentation for depth and authenticity.
• 4 months in oak barrels:
o 33% American oak (20% one-year-old, 80% two-to-three-year-old)
o 4% new French oak
o 1% new Acacia oak
• 6 months additional ageing with 2% concrete amphora and 2% Italian clay amphora before resting in neutral barrels.
• 58% stainless steel fermentation and 10 months ageing to preserve lively acidity and mineral-driven freshness.
