Crafted from a blend of grapes sourced from three distinct vineyards, 62% from the renowned Pencarrow Vineyard, 5% from our certified organic Om Santi Vineyard, and the balance from the prestigious Palliser Vineyard, this vintage showcases the best of Wairarapa terroir.
To enhance flavour and aroma, the grapes undergo 3 hours of gentle skin contact before being softly pressed. The majority is tank-fermented, leaving 7g/L of residual sugar to provide elegant weight and mouthfeel. A select portion is fermented in seasoned French oak barrels, introducing layers of complexity. The blend is aged for an additional 2 months on lees, enriching the texture and balance.

Aromatic and expressive, this dry Pinot Gris opens with delicate floral notes of orchid and frangipani, giving way to a lush palate of nashi pear, red apple, and subtle spice. The textural integration and lifted floral character create a wine of real finesse and structure.
