Vintage Highlights
The 2019 vintage was marked by a dynamic climate, a late spring followed by a hot, dry summer created the ideal conditions for slow, even ripening. After 45 rainless days in summer, a brief spell of July rain helped balance the vines, while cooler September temperatures preserved aromatic freshness and finesse. Harvest began on September 5th, ensuring optimal maturity and complexity.
Winemaking Excellence
Each grape variety was hand-harvested, vinified separately, and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 26–30°C. After gentle maceration and malolactic fermentation in barriques, the wine was aged for 15 months in French oak, with 3 additional months post-blending. A further 6 months in bottle before release adds depth and integration.
