Hand-selected from six-year-old vines grown in heavy silt soils, the grapes benefit from a robust canopy and are meticulously trained using Vertical Shoot Positioning (VSP) to maximize flavour development.
The 2022 vintage enjoyed ideal growing conditions, with dry weather allowing optimal ripening. Though yields were generous, only the highest-quality grapes were chosen for this small-parcel bottling.
Fermented slowly at cool temperatures with carefully selected yeast strains, this Sauvignon Blanc showcases intense aromas of tropical fruit, grapefruit, and a signature mineral edge.
