This vintage opens with layered aromas of ripe pineapple, candied lemon peel, apricot, ginger, and creamy vanilla. Hints of honey, sweet spice, and crème brûlée glide over a palate enriched by elegant oak integration and vibrant acidity. A perfect balance of richness and freshness, this fine white wine evolves gracefully for up to 5 years.
Viticulture:
Hand-harvested from old vine Chenin Blanc rooted in Stellenbosch’s premium vineyards. Grapes are selected at full ripeness to ensure intensity of flavour.
Vinification:
Naturally fermented with wild yeasts in 400L new French oak barrels. A touch of botrytis is present due to repeated harvesting. Aged for 12 months on the lees for added depth and texture.
