Vineyard & Winemaking Origins
Sourced from low-yielding vines planted on the northwest-facing slopes of the Clare Valley, this Shiraz benefits from sandy clay soils layered over a stony, alluvial base. These conditions stress the vines just enough to intensify flavours and concentrate the fruit's natural character.
Hand-harvested and gently fermented, the wine undergoes 12 months of maturation in carefully selected French oak barrels. Bottled under screw cap to ensure long-term freshness and prevent spoilage, this vintage maintains purity, elegance, and structure.

• Notes of black cherry, baked plums, dark chocolate, cedar, and tobacco.
• Silky tannins and balanced acidity give structure and freshness.
