Vineyard
Sourced from south-facing vineyards in Saint-Véran, the vines benefit from dark, humus-rich topsoil layered over limestone. These well-ventilated slopes, located near the Roche de Vergisson, feature many vines aged over 60 years—perfect for producing wines of depth and complexity.
Hand-Harvested & Gravity-Fed
Grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed using pneumatic presses. The juice is gravity-fed and cold-stabilized to preserve the wine’s natural aromatic precision.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place primarily in stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness, with 20–30% of the wine aged in French oak barrels, less than 10% of which are new. Aged on fine lees until the following summer, this wine benefits from minimal SO₂ use, ensuring both purity and stability.
