Vineyard Terroir & Climate:
Crafted from grapes harvested across four unique vineyards, La Brava Estate, Colomé Estate, El Arenal Estate, and Altura Máxima, this Malbec features a blend of sandy, clay, granite, and volcanic soils. The dry climate with an average rainfall of only 120-160 mm and significant day-night temperature variation preserves the wine’s natural acidity and fresh fruit character.
Vinification:
Handpicked during March-April 2022, the grapes underwent a slow maceration at cool temperatures followed by fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged for 15 months in French oak barrels (15% new), resulting in a beautifully balanced Malbec with elegant tannins and a layered structure.

This 2022 Malbec pours a vibrant deep red and offers intense aromas of ripe blackberries, red fruits, floral notes, and subtle spice. Founded in 1831, Bodega Colomé is Argentina’s oldest working winery, famous for its high-altitude vineyards in the Upper Calchaquí Valley.
