Hand-picked grapes which then undergo rigorous hand-sorting. Half are fermented in oak with a 2nd malolactic ferment. The other half is fermented in stainless steel. After blending the wine is aged for 10 months in new French oak. Mild tropical fruit flavours with a creamy mouthfeel and subtle oak nuances. Such a good example that it is listed in Michelin starred restaurants such as Lady Bamford's 'Wild Rabbit' restaurant near Stow-on-the-Wold.
