Langlois-Chateau Cremant de Loire Brut NV
Don't be fooled by the 'Spumante' label - this is neither sweet nor unsophisticated. Far from it, this is a salmon pink wine with complexity. Raspberries, fresh cherries, orange blossom and toasty hazelnuts all contribute to a beautiful wine made by the Champagne method. . On the palate there is a minerality and lemony crispness that persists through the long finish.
