Highly exclusive, this is from the 2nd smallest of the elite Champagne Houses. The base vintage is 2016, comprising 35% Pinot Noir; 20% Pinot Meunier and 45% Chardonnay. They use a very high proportion (78%) of their own grapes, which enables them to ensure a high level of quality. All grapes are from Grand Cru and 1er Cru vineyards. 30% reserve wines and 4 years lees ageing. Distinct grapefruit and ripe apple flavours with strong lees character. Hints of toasty oak and creme patissiere.
