Such a good example that it is listed in Michelin starred restaurants such as Lady Bamford's 'Wild Rabbit' restaurant near Stow-on-the-Wold. A bouquet of ripe apple, lemon zest and crushed white flowers. Slightly off dry on the palate, with prominent citrus fruit flavours, crisp acidity and a long finish.
